CDA Elite LLC – Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Booking & Payment Terms
All reservations require a valid payment method at the time of booking. By completing a booking, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Deposits & Prepayments
• All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by CDA Elite LLC.
• Deposits are required to secure vehicle availability and scheduling.
• Full or partial prepayment may be required for high-demand dates, special events, or long-distance trips.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service: Eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service: Non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged with no refund issued.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
• The company is unable to provide the agreed-upon service.
• A duplicate charge is confirmed.
• A verified billing error occurs.
No refunds will be issued for:
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations
• Delays or changes caused by the customer
• Changes to the itinerary after service has begun
• Customer dissatisfaction when the service was delivered as agreed
5. Fraud Prevention & Payment Verification
CDA Elite LLC reserves the right to verify all payment methods and customer identity prior to providing service. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Transactions flagged as suspicious may be delayed, held, or canceled at the company’s discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By making a booking, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting CDA Elite LLC and attempting to resolve the issue directly.
Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will be disputed with supporting documentation. The customer agrees to reimburse the company for any fees, legal costs, or collection expenses incurred as a result of an invalid chargeback or dispute.
7. Service Interruptions
In the event of service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns), CDA Elite LLC will make reasonable efforts to:
• Provide a replacement vehicle, or
• Issue a partial refund (at the company’s sole discretion).
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider and financial institution.
9. Agreement to Terms
By completing a booking with CDA Elite LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
